Appliance Warranty & Transportation Policy

We appreciate your business. Please review these warranty and transportation terms before purchase.

30-DAY WARRANTY

Refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers include a 30-day warranty. Each appliance is inspected and tested to confirm it is in working condition before leaving our premises.

SAFE TRANSPORTATION

Keep refrigerators upright during transport. Laying a refrigerator down voids the warranty. Secure appliances with ratchet straps; string and bungee cords are not suitable. Ratchet straps are available with a fully refundable $5 deposit when returned. Two straps are recommended for large units, including refrigerators and stacked laundry units.

IF AN ISSUE OCCURS DURING TRANSPORT

Contact us at 910-821-3955 before attempting any repairs, as DIY repairs may void the warranty. Return the appliance to our store for inspection and repair. For appliances we delivered, a delivery fee applies for pickup.

RESOLUTION

If the appliance cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or store credit. If a refund is the only option, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT

We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the appliance cannot be moved or transported safely.
