Appliance Warranty

 We appreciate your trust in our appliances and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our warranty and service policies. 

**Warranty Coverage:**

- All fridges, ranges, washers, and dryers come with a 30-day warranty.

- Rest assured, our appliances are thoroughly inspected and double-checked to ensure they are in working condition before they leave our premises.

**Transportation Guidelines:**

- Please refrain from laying down fridges and washers during transportation as it will void the warranty.

- Ensure proper appliance security during transit by using ratchet straps. Note that string and bungee cords are not suitable for securing appliances.

- We offer ratchet straps for a $5 deposit, which is fully refundable upon their return. For larger units like refrigerators and laundry stack units, two straps are recommended.

**In Case of Issues During Transit:**

1. If any issues arise during transportation, please contact us first.Text to 910-821-3955 before attempting any DIY fixes, as this can void your warranty.

2. Return the unit to our store, and we will promptly address and repair any problems. If it's a delivery, a delivery fee apply for pickup.

**Resolution Options:**

- If the issue is unfixable, we offer two alternatives: a replacement unit or store credit.

- In cases where an amicable solution cannot be reached and a refund is the only option, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Important Note:**

- We reserve the right to refuse appliance sales if we believe that the proper moving and transportation procedures may not be followed.
